Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Jewelavish, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and operate with a customer-friendly cancellation and refund policy.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
  • However, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed, dispatched, or communicated to vendors for fulfillment.

Items Not Eligible for Cancellation

  • Orders for perishable items cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • Refunds or replacements may be provided only if the delivered product is found to be of unsatisfactory quality, and the issue is reported within the stipulated time.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery.
  • The merchant/vendor will inspect and verify the issue before approving a replacement or refund.

Product Not as Described

  • If you believe that the product delivered is not as described or does not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • After reviewing your complaint, the team will decide on the best course of action, which may include a return, exchange, or refund.
  • To claim return & refund, record a video of product unboxing.  

Refund Process

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 6–8 business days from the approval date.
  • The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase.
